Overseer - ISCF Movement

Fook Loy serves as the Overseer of the Inter-School Christian Fellowship (ISCF) Movement in Singapore and is a Council Member of Scripture Union Singapore. He is an active member of Riverlife Church and holds a Graduate Diploma in Christian Theology from TCA College.

Fook Loy’s journey of faith began during his primary school years, thanks to the dedication of his teachers, Ms. Wong and Ms. Teo, who organized weekly sessions filled with activities and Bible stories. His commitment to Christ deepened in 1976 at an ISCF camp organized by Scripture Union Singapore, where he accepted Jesus as his personal Lord and Savior.

Professionally, Fook Loy is a seasoned Business Process Consultant and Trainer specializing in Lean, Six Sigma, and Design Thinking methodologies. He is the founder and Principal Consultant of the Centre for Performance Transformation (www.cptransform.com) and an Associate Faculty Member (Engineering) at the Singapore Institute of Technology. He is also a certified curriculum designer and developer for SkillsFuture-accredited programs.

Outside of his ministry and professional endeavours, Fook Loy manages a camp center in Pasir Ris Park and is a Certified Academy of Surfing Instructors (ASI) Stand-Up Paddling Instructor, certified in both enclosed and exposed water environments.
